    A couple of comments:

Concerning the missals and songbooks, etc at Church… most of them will be replaced soon. When the 3rd Revisions to the Roman Missal were being implemented, none of the music and publishing companies were quite ready with a completely up-to-date book and missal with all the Mass part changes and new music. I think they were also probably waiting on ICEL to approve more music settings for Mass and trying to decide what music Mass settings to include in the hymnals and songbooks, since so many new ones are out there and still being written. So while they work on all that, the publishers came up with cards that churches could have in their pews. I don’t know when the publishers will be ready with all the materials, but I hear it’ll probably be Spring of 2012, maybe Summer 2012.

And Jason, your reference is to the 1964 TV special show, “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” The old-school, classic, claymation-animation show with Burl Ives as the voice of the snowman. Oddly, a few years ago they re-released it on DVD with a “special feature” claymation video of Destiny’s Child singing “Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”
