May your day be filled with the true sentiment of the day {laced with Mass for the ultimate thanksgiving in the Eucharist, followed by a yummy meal and the LAST UT vs. A&M football game}.
What are you thankful for this day? I am thankful for the gift of our son who is celebrating his 4th birthday on Thanksgiving. We are shifting our desserts to include a “dirt cake” complete with worms and a sandy texture for added affect {the “sand” is actually just crunchy sprinkles}.
