- This site is great for those of you stuck at a computer all day. If you even think about browsing Pinterest and twitch your mouse, the countdown starts over.

- I love this site because you get to choose which relaxing background and corresponding soundscape you drool over while a lady guides you through a 2, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute meditation. The only problem with this site is you won’t want to leave.
- Loyola Press 3-Minute Retreat
- This one is a bit more interactive, in that you have to click your mouse a few times. It offers up a short reading, reflection and prayer with soothing music in the background. And it’s pretty. It changes everyday, so it’s easy to make it a part of your daily routine.
