The Texas Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist and Catholic Sistas have come together to offer two free tickets to the dinner and live auction for Open Wide the Doors, a benefit that will help the Sisters with the Texas Expansion project.
The event will be held on Monday, March 24 at Cimarron Hills Country Club in Georgetown. The day will start with Mass, celebrated by Father Brian McMaster and Bishop Michael Mulvey, followed by registration and a shotgun start to the golf round. The event will continue with dinner and a live auction, where some amazing prizes are up for grabs, including a Nilgai hunt on the Kenedy Memorial Ranch, an offshore fishing trip in Matagorda, Texas, and an etched glass reproduction of the John Paul II window in our Motherhouse chapel. Mother Assumpta will be in attendance, giving an address and an update on the Texas priory.
