I&#8217;m going to be bold and presume that for those who dedicated their lives to ensuring our fellow brothers and sisters were treated with dignity and respect what they did had nothing to do with a promise of an entry in the history books.<\/p>\n<p><strong>They did it because it was right thing to do.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s happening now. We are once again fighting for the right to liberty and religious freedom and for the sanctity of all life &#8211; from conception to natural death. We are fighting for what is right.<\/p>\n<p>For all of those who are fasting, praying and heading out to the Texas Capitol today and over the next thirty days, do not be discouraged. We are praying that Christ will stir the hearts of our national and local politicians and our neighbors who may believe differently, that they may come to know the precious sanctity of life and choose to defend it by abolishing the culture of death, hurt and selfishness we have created for our world.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s not going to be easy. This fight has been happening for the past 40 years, and we&#8217;re in it for as long as it takes for good to prevail over evil.
