For those a little confused about the random letters strung together in the title, fear not. It’s not some new coded texting language, shorthand developed for a quick Skype or Google+ chat with friends or fancy way of writing a number in roman numerals.<\/p>\n
It stands for: In Case You Missed It.<\/strong><\/p>\n There’s been some pretty cool things in the world lately that don’t have to do with politics, economics or wars. Some of them are Catholic in nature, some are just pretty cool.<\/p>\n Grab your cup of coffee, diet coke or tea. Pull up a chair and get caught up on some rather unique headlines from the last week. A group of Franciscan Friars have launched a new program, “Text a Prayer Intention to a Franciscan Friar”<\/a> and are now accepting prayer intentions when you text the word “Prayer” to 306-44.<\/p>\n I think, though, that Pope Benedict will hold the record for the most impressive debut on Twitter gaining more than 2.5 million followers in eight different languages during his first month of Twitter.
