Top 3 Sites for Relaxation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Are you overwhelmed by work? Exhausted from life&#8217;s demands? Maybe you feel frenzied by your list of to-do&#8217;s, or super-anxious about an upcoming event. Maybe you&#8217;ve just watched\/read the news and now you&#8217;re in a funk.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes (a lot of times) you need a break. I&#8217;d venture to guess that you need more breaks than you allow yourself. Well, if you&#8217;re reading this blog, I have good news for you:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taking a break is easy.<\/strong> All you need is 2-5 minutes and internet access. I&#8217;ll assume if you&#8217;re reading this, you have both. If you even<em> think<\/em> about browsing Pinterest and twitch your mouse, the countdown starts over.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.calm.com\">Calm.com<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li>I love this site because you get to choose which relaxing background and corresponding soundscape you drool over while a lady guides you through a 2, 5, 10, 15, or 20 minute meditation. The only problem with this site is you won&#8217;t want to leave.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.loyolapress.com\/3-minute-retreats-daily-online-prayer.htm\">Loyola Press 3-Minute Retreat<\/a>\n<ol>\n<li>This one is a bit more interactive, in that you have to click your mouse a few times. It offers up a short reading, reflection and prayer with soothing music in the background. And it&#8217;s pretty.
