Walking Like the Saints

Published May 5, 2020 • Written by

From the very moment of our Baptism, we are called to be Holy. When we think about holiness, most people think about the Saints. The men and women that have been declared by the Catholic Church for living extraordinary lives of heroic virtue. Just like these men and women, we are all called to Be Saints.

Let us not forget the words of the French novelist and Catholic convert, Leon Bloy, who says, “The only real sadness, the only real failure, the only great tragedy in life, is not to become a saint.”

The primary way to become a saint is through prayer and living the Sacramental life, particularly the reception of Holy Communion as well as going to Reconciliation.

The second way to become a saint and grow in holiness is to wear these great socks from Sock Religious. Catholic socks that will have you walking with the saints in no time.

The latest sock from Sock Religious is the Holy Spirit Socks. Inspired by the alabaster window in the magnificent Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome, these socks will have you saying, “Come Holy Spirit.”

Don’t wait – Purchase them now and wear them on the day we celebrate the birth of the Catholic Church — Pentecost Sunday!

You can also purchase many other great Catholic socks on the same website.
